Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Shipping times will vary on the provider, and items will typically be shipped from California, USA. Preorder items will not be shipped until the estimated date provided in the description. You will be notified of any delays in shipment.
Q: Why are digital PDFs the same price as the physical books/zines?
A: This is intentional to encourage the purchase of physical media due to a personal preference for printed media, especially since most of the short-run zines were created intentionally for print. Periodically the store will offer limited time discounts on digital media, so keep an eye out!
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: If something happens to your package, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact me through Shopify contact form or direct message via any of my social media accounts, and I will do my best to address the issue.
In general, all orders are final sale. I am not responsible for lost packages. A tracking number is provided on default for local (US) sales to hopefully prevent any issues. Please contact the delivery carrier directly.
Also, Yumble! is a one-man shop, and merchandise is often transported to various conventions and back. Please understand that merchandise will likely not be in perfect, mint condition, though I try my best to keep them as pristine as possible. I would not sell anything that I feel is defective (unless mentioned in the item description). Please note, most items are small print runs, and I may be unable to replace certain items in the event that something happens to your order.
